SRREIT is more than an investment trust and brokerage - we work with our sellers to assist in the transformation of the property which my include provisioning some land into a natural preserve and only selling a portion of the property. The SRREIT will work with the sellers to facilitate the transition in their life and influx of financial resources for the betterment of their desires. In some cases, the SRREIT will choose not to buy the property if it is evident it isn’t a good deal for the seller, or that the community doesn’t welcome a change in ownership.
